Corrections and listing checks

Spotted the wrong time, an outdated price or a cancelled session? Let us know from the event page.

  1. Find the event and open its details.
  2. Select Report a change and choose what needs checking.
  3. Explain the correction, including the session date and an organiser source if you have one.

Contact details are optional. Your report goes to a private administrator queue. It does not change the listing automatically or send an email to the organiser.

Read how correction reports are handled.

What does Last checked mean?

A checked date is recorded when an administrator explicitly confirms they have checked the saved details. It is not a guarantee that an event will run or that every practical detail is available.

Not yet checked means no confirmation has been recorded. Recurring listings show Needs confirmation once their check is 90 days old. Updating practical or schedule details clears the previous confirmation.

Before you travel

Check directly with the organiser if a listing is uncertain or if you need specific access arrangements. Recurring activities may change during holidays.

If you cannot use the report form, contact the project with the event link and session date.
